MAJOR CHANGES TO IMMIGRANT SELECTION COMING

A preview of major changes planned by the government indicates that employers will have a major role to play in immigrating selection. That makes eminent sense, but as long as the family class category remains dominant, we will continue to face labour shortages in selected occupations and labour surpluses and high unemployment for immigrants who enter Canada under that particular class.
