A new study has been commissioned amid predictions o severe labour shortages in the IT industry by 2015 in Canada, unless drastic changes are made to the educational and immigration systems. One thing is clear and we do not need a study to see it: we aer not getting the kind of immigrants that the economy needs, and we are wasting valuable resources for purely political pandering.
