PUBLIC SECTOR UNION WANTS MORE IMMIGRATION WORKERS

of course...they want more union members...may be they should work a little harder, as we now know that some union members in CIC and CBSA do many other things during their time at the office :-), CIC should privatize many of the functions of immigrant processing and screening, and make much better use of technology, just as the private sector does.
