JAPANESE NUCLEAR ACCIDENT AREA RESIDENT SOUGHT REFUGEE STATUS
This is a good example of why we need urgent refugee reform. Refugee status was never intended to cover natural or man-made accidents or disasters. This is the direct result of the absurd expansion of the refugee definition by activist board members and courts that allow these kinds of claims.
