There are no details at this point, but the interesting thing to watch will be what kind of expectations are associated with the visa, and what timeliness and deliverables are imposed on holders. if there is no clear reporting process, the visa will be a disaster and will surely be abused and eventually cancelled. I think that they should set it up first as a pilot project and monitor its performance before launching a full program. The bureaucracy is not ready to understand business.
